Clarks beef & lamb is supplied by Certenz certified #126 Te Akatea Station. Additional to chemical free husbandry, Te Akatea station embodies the principals of permaculture and bush and soil enhancement.

We source our chickens from Rolling Hills who supply organically farmed chickens that are free ranging and fed on an grain and corn feed that is reared in Pukekohe. Please note the Chicken’s are organically farmed and may not use organic Feed. 

Our free-farmed pork is sourced from Freedom Farms and is SPCA approved.

Clark’s staff are exceptionally friendly and have a thorough knowledge of an impressive product range of traditional and gourmet cuts.
