Car sharing location

Used their service last minute during the Easter weekend.A traditional car rental place bailed on us and we can no longer find available cars from other rental places. Luckily found this website online.Inquired which car is available and got a quick response from Henrik. Within an hour or so got a car and was on the road.Was hesitant at first since it's our first time using this service but didn't really encounter any problems. The car ran great and everything went smoothly.

Very hard to contact. I booked a car for 7days and I was waiting for the approval of the car from the owner then yesterday I notice the car was gone in my account and I was already charged in my card.I didnt even get notified if it was cancelled or not. It just disaappeared on my dashboardI know there is explenation to this but you guys should have a contact number where people can call to if there is an issue.I have sent multiple emails via website but there was no reply.Really frustrated with your service.

We lived in Auckland for two years and never owned a car, despite every possible human being advising us against this. Cityhop was the best thing we could have asked for. We used it for big groceries and day- & weekend trips using their available promotions. We never had any problems with either their cars or customer service. Can absolutely recommend.

When will I get paid for my rental car that was returned 30 days ago? Just under $3,000 owed to me. I have had to spend a lot of money on new breaks, tires and road user charges from this rental. I have emailed numerous times and had no response. HAS ANYBODY BEEN PAID RECENTLY??

Had no idea that I had to wait for a key card before making a booking which is not highlighted on the website. Their website has two portals to make a booking and apparently only one works. After my license was successfully confirmed, the same email had links to update payment info which won't allow me to change it. However, when I logged in via their root domain, it allowed me to change the payment methods. The mobile app keeps loading the booking history page. There are plenty of bugs on their website and app. However, if you get through all of that, the driving experience was good.

Used Cityhop 3 times, was 3 times too many. Their customer service is beyond terrible and they seem to think providing the basics in service is above them, so rather than just doing the right thing to rectify issues caused by their service they make things worse with their responses. Below is my experience, and Cityhop's response in each case.HIRE 1: Cargo van boot was jammed shut and would not open. This meant loading/unloading a large sofa was made very difficult having to use the side door. Fault was reported at the time of pickup. No response received from Cityhop until months later when I reported further issues on another hire (see below).CITYHOP RESPONSE: When I did get a response I was told it is a simple fix

Great idea, love the option to hire a car for a few hours and still be able to extend. Login to the app is super easy and quick.I had a little issue to unlock the car which was solved through the customer services within a couple minutes.Definitely recommend.

Updates, the owner Alex wants to take us for deflimation with google as per his reply.. check i bought a car for my wife Elham.. do you find it in your database or not? Oh.. thats a typical reply to all your customers mate. . Buyers be aware very duaghgy dealer, ..... Alex.....as discussed your promised to groom the car we bought but you are smart and you do not keep your words. Now I lost $150 to fix it.If you pay half I'm happy to remove this feedback.Buyers please make sure the car is fully groomed and ready for pickup otherwise if he primises you that he will fix it later he won't.I've added our car photo to advise you which car we bought sir.
