Sales team only deal with you by email - won't pick up the phone. They refuse to address issues of clarity with their email communications and are not interested in working with you to resolve any issues. Do not click links in their (legitimate) emails without discussing with a real person first!

A fraudulant owner who only out for his own gains

Worst Bank Ever Higher Fees than any other bank A toll free number that only works on land lines which makes it pointless Expect to wait at least 20 to 30 mins for them to answer the phone for a question No 24 hour phone banking closes at 4pm They dont do debit cards There internet banking is a joke and except to wait four days for any transaction to go through There atm cards dont work on all atm machines Its $2 a transaction for everytime you use it And that have a scheme called fast track loans where they pretty much charge you 130% interest to borrow your own money Joining them was the biggest mistake Ive ever made in my life and I am so glad I changed banks and no longer have to be hustled from these crook anymore I would not even give these criminals a star if there was an option

Yet again, money paid into my NZCU account has not shown up yet. It is bad enough that you have to wait until after 2am the day following the deposit to get access to your funds, but every now and again their system has a glitch....funny that...and you have to wait until after 12pm the next day. Now being told it will be processed overnight, so a wait of 36 hours to received money credited to the account by a government agency.Kiwibank, here I come.
