We needed an urgent sound system for our gig at The Vic, Devonport on Saturday night. The Rock Factory came to the rescue. Rory and his counterpart were amazing. Audience said our best sound yet. Friendly, helpful, professional. Thank you Rock Factory from The Wonderfish Collective.

Amazing atmosphere, great people, incredible music. Feastock has been going for over 10 years and should absolutely be considered a Dunedin music institution.

The Rock Factory are friendly, reliable, and provide a stellar service. We used Michelle and the team for a conference we ran for 150 teachers in Auckland. Not only did they provide us competitive pricing, but their service and equipment were exceptional. The team arrived on time, set up in an efficient manner, and made sure our speaker was confident using the equipment. Michelle even returned for day two of our conference to make sure everything was running smoothly. Would most definitely use the Rock Factory again.

Earth Beat is a good time but they need to hire more crew because the infrastructure and staff levels are below what they should be for the number of people who go. Too many small things happen like undrinkable water from the water source, muddy areas, big gaps between music acts. Also, for a community pitch festival the vendors like reiki or massage are really expensive and it feels too commercialized with so many vendors.If you want to paryty Earth Beat is not the festival for you. It has lots of music but the effort put into the sound and lights is low for the amount of people. They also let kids run free which causes issues with kids going through other peoples camps. Most family festivals say kids have to be supervised but not here. If you dont mind that then its no problem.Earth Beat has a potential to be great but they cut corners and it doesnt help. if they fix that then it could be great.

The team from The Rock Factory that set up staging, draping and then ran the A/V for our corporate event were fantastic! We were impressed with the staging, drapes and the way the team worked to ensure the event ran smoothly in terms of sound etc. We look forward to working with them again.

Stopped at Hansen's Cafe & Store (opp pub) It is delightful (fire place throwing out warmth in a miserable day) and yummy food. They could do with better signage outside as we nearly missed it! We went to Kimbolton for their Sculpture Festival. So many brilliant pieces, mostly recycled materials.
