My Tax Back NZ are rogues- I totally agree with Troy’s review they DO NOT deserve even 1 starPeople that know nothing about tax get sucked in - they should not use this company name it’s embarrassing for NZ.Young people sign up with this company thinking they are receiving help yet all anyone needs to do is create a myir login of their own as the IRD have already worked out any refund. The IRD will refund to your own bank account immediately as soon as you have a myir account and provide your bank account number. If you accidentally signed up with My Tax Back NZ they will take your refund and if you ask them enough times you will get 80% of YOUR money back and they did absolutely nothing for this 20% of your money that they keep. Very disappointed ☹️
