Have bought a few display replacements here and overall good experience! One was faulty but Phillip replaced it for another with no questions asked.

I bought this L-shaped sofa and it came with a defect and I had ordered the wrong side. But I contacted the chat and the girls solved my problem by changing the sofa and now on the right side (left).

I have been shopping with Gamma since they started at their garage on the North Shore back in 1989, both purchasing for home and business where we purchased 10-20 complete computer systems per year as well as many accessories and consumables. Knowledgable staff with customer focus a priority.

I phoned ahead to check if an item was in stock and was assured it was. When I arrived to purchase it, I was offered a lesser product for an approximately 80% higher price, unpackaged.

Extreme PC have provided the best customer service of any retailer. They went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get my click and collect purchase right on store closing time when the doors were initially locked. I am also impressed by my recent experiencing buying a new keyboard. On entering the store, the staff were immediately welcoming without being confrontational, they happily allowed me to try a keyboard which was not on display as well as unplugging their own keyboard to help compare. On purchase, the keyboard's serial number was recorded by the staff member which is helpful in case the receipt is lost. The store is also clean and tidy, and a nice and calming experience. Resist your PB Tech urges and shop here instead.

Service was outstanding! Bought a monitor which unfortunately had several defects, they were incredibly helpful and even tested the replacement to ensure it was 100%. These guys go the extra mile and I will be highly recommending them. Big shout out to Josh for all his assistance. A++ many thanks!!
