Very disappointed with their service, went to pick up zoes ashes after having a very poor worded voicemail left on my phone this morning and all she said when I arrived was the total owing I asked her if I could have a print out and all she said was can you pay some today. I was quite happy to pay the amount there and then, but I just had to get out of there. I am grieving and got a very cold reception. then what was just as bad is I read her death certificate and it said she was put to sleep on the 14.05.2021 and a lovely card from Pet Cremations saying she was cremated on the 10.05.2021. which just made things worse.

We have heard them yelling at the dogs to shut-up from the front desk on multiple occasions. When confronted by us, as they were yelling at our own dog who was barking, the girl lied and said she was yelling at the phone. Even so, yelling shut-up is incredibly unprofessional.

Took my cat here for the first time today and I am very impressed! The staff were all so lovely and took time with my cat's consultation. My cat ended up needing pain relief from an ingrown nail and an ear clean. It came to a really reasonable price! Super happy with this result! - Thank you guys :))
