I am so grateful for the amazing staff and the caring service my boys receive every visit. Tess is fantastic, and knows who I am the minute I call to book them in. The dogs adore her.I've been really happy with all the vets I've encountered and it's great knowing the boys are in such capable hands.One of my dogs gets very vocal and over stimulated when going to places like the vets, but the staff at VetEnt QT are brilliant at accommodating and working with his quirks rather than treating him like he's a problem. Which is awesome and means the visits are stress free for both myself and him. It also means he settles down and is good as gold in a shorter space of time.Would highly recommend them to anyone new to the area or anyone who's just become a pet owner and is looking for somewhere to look after their new family member with exceptional care. Great service, has always helped me with my rabbits. Many year ago, my rabbit had floppy bunny syndrome, which is often fatal. These lovely vets gave 24 hour care, and did what they could, and my rabbit made a full recovery. they are very professional with great service. Thank you

The best vet clinic I have been to so far in the wairarapa staff are awesome very helpful and informative they helped me and my orphaned pups and went above and beyond so i had everything I heeded to help make sure the pups had the best chance of survival so glad they were the emergency vet on call as they are not my usual vet but after today in the future they will be my first choice to call .. thanks again guys pups are already on the mend and i am feeling way more confident they are going to pull through and have a future ...

We took our 15yr old cat to this veterinary clinic, the vet who saw her gave her a good check over and explained to us what she may be suffering from and suggested a blood test to ascertain if that was the case,tests came back clear so she going to be put on a low fat diet to protect her pancreas.We were treated with professional courtesy and knowledge which put us at ease, thankyou so much for what you did for us regarding our pet.I definitely recommend Ourvets Park lands for your pet care.

The team are always genuinely friendly and helpful at the 2 locations I bounce between. Late nights & more than one location where records are shared, can be super handy. The team here looked after my dog since her first vet check up and were supportive & compassionate through some major medical events with my doggo. Love these guys!
