I am a tourist. I come to an I site to find out what there is to do. I don't expect to be snarked at. Oh, you're staying at The Hotel. 1 Conical Hill Road? The big hotel! Like thanks, it's like you wanted me to pay for information.

We were absolutely glad to experience good & honest service from Sally & Haley in the Body Shop. What's more, they went the extra mile to trace my wife (whom they had never met before, and whose details they didn't know) in order to return a parcel to my wife which she had accidentally forgotten in the Body Shop. Sally & Haley also impressed us with their classy appearances and kind words! Good to still find such good sorts despite the upside-down world in which we live!

Racist old ladies in the perfume & cologne section. They followed me around while I was shopping and making me feel super uncomfortable. Disgusting customer service. Don’t go here

I have always had problems with my skin and went for the 'fad' & 'cult' products thinking they would work for my skin like they did others. Boy was I wrong. Laura studied my skin and set me on a great journey with products that truely worked for me and routine. Now I get compliments on my skin all the time! Every 4-6 weeks I also see her for a facial and it is my favourite Me" time where I can relax and reset and actually take time out for myself! Your skin is the best thing you can invest in and truely helps with your confidence. I could not recommend Laura and her magic enough!"

Good shop for nik naks

Yesterday I came up to this shop and had made a call before since we are still in level 3 when I arrived there the door was closed and there were 2 notes stick on the door said to come back 5 minutes and the other one coming back 20 minutes and I wait till 20 minutes for the worst delay, but the door still close and lots of big boxes still in front of the door, I called them to make sure how long should I wait and the girl who picked up the phone said maybe they will open 30 more minutes and I said please make up your word are you sure you'll open in another 30 mins and then she said maybe more longer. OMG!! I came along from Henderson just to buy your stuff and I have to wait for don't know how long you will be opened and you didn't say apologies or anything for waiting for nothing, and you didn't say so you have tons of stuff need to put away when I called you before I come.

Lots of catcha catchas here. They even have a pastry and ice cream section. Friendly staff!
