Table tennis facility

We had an Excellent customer service from the team who were really helpful in getting things organized and were patient in answering a lot of questions i had. The badminton courts are well maintained despite the wet weather conditions. The only downside i would give is for the website. The booking confirmation email can include details of where the courts are located and the address of the location since that part is confusing on your online booking form as well. However, kudos to the customer facing team, both of you were awesome!!!

Arrived to pay and no one was at reception so waited for 30 Minutes and left due to no service. Best to leave a note next time.

Really awesome place to play badminton and table tennis!!!It was really enjoyed ~Staff and members are really friendly, a nice community feeling.

Bit disappointed the cost of our room was $185 and we had been staying at other motels for similar prices or less and the facilities at Byron didn't meet up to our expectation. It should be called a campground not a resort! Even the kids were disappointed with the playground which had seen better days. The young staff were lovely but the rooms were expensive and out of date... It was cold too and we had no heater. Sorry for the stink review but the next night we stayed somewhere else for $140 and it had a heatpump, free wifi, netflix, clean linen and modern facilities.

On Saturdays the service from Robert a club owner is absolutely fantastic. Other days the other club owner gives poor service. Lights were shut before people got up the stairs, a frustrated and irritable man. A old lady tripped over on the stairs due to the early shutting of lights. Occurred in may.

A fantastic bit of camping area. Very relaxing place to stay. Had motel units, permanent and transient campervan sites and tent areas. Good communal areas, swimming pool and playground for the kids.Just a small walk away to a beautiful beach where the view is legendary.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Certainly will return here.

Being there for the badminton Meet up and club, I was realy enjoy it, met a few friends and sweat out. The staff in the reception was quite nice to me even though I asked a lot of stupid questions. Anyway, excellent service, great facility, definitely will recommend to everyone and be there regular.

The shutter door was half shut and unattended. Waited for ages but owner/shop keeper didnt turn up. Please at least leave a sign or mobile number so customers dont waste time.
