This shop has everything and you could spend hours here. There are always a helpful staff member within about 3 rows. Our last purchase was a heater for a kids room and there was a whole row with lots of selection to pick from.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Waited for an order for couple of weeks, was called to pick it up, wrong size given although charged for the correct one, returned it and was told there was no sign of my unit, waited again for a second unit, picked it up, wasn't square, no argument there, waited for it to be corrected, had unit installed, it didn't fit, discovered it was 10mm short one way and 5mm short the other, took it back and asked for the advertised dimensions, was talked at by four separate people, the first ladies came out together to go over what I had already discussed on the phone,the second lady measured, agreed it wasn't right or square, went and got a cabinetmaker who said it is what it is and stormed off aggressively in some sort of hissy fit, I told the lady who was there it was truly unprofessional behaviour and it really wasn't my fault the cabinet wasn't what was on the paperwork? Then an arrogant young manager came out to tell me the dimensions advertised for the unit weren't actually what was on the paperwork and if I wasn't happy he would refund me or I could wait another month because they had other paying customers to make orders for? He was terribly sarcastic. Be careful to check what you are getting, apparently rough dimensions are acceptable in cabinetry?. It was an upsetting experience and I feel they lied to save themselves the cost and grief of redoing the correct job. It took 4 ppl to give me no resolve, all who measured it and saw it was wrong but decided to try to convince me it was normal. After three return trips I had to take what I had because of the wait involved and the delays I had already made, my carpenter filled the gaps. Maybe change the paperwork and advertising would be my suggestion so people know what they are actually buying and find a better Manager while your at it. If I was the owner of this business I would not be happy.

Amazing service and great products. I have used Budget Blinds on numerous occasions, and they have been fantastic to deal with. One job I had to have urgently and they pulled through for me and delivered ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them and will continue using them in the future. Thank you for the consistently great service team :)

I had great experience with the Hardware team in this store especially the young man who took me around the store and help me find things not in his department very helpful unlike the old Indian man who didn’t help at all and just ignored me and my daughter. (Sorry I can’t remember the young man’s name)

We ordered 10 blinds from here which turned up before we had expected which was good. The measurements of the blinds were spot on and they look fantastic. They were also super quick and easy to put up. We ordered the black wooden Venetians, which came with wooden ends on the strings which was a nice touch. They look quality, amazing value for money would highly recommend.

Awesome to deal with, installation really well done and my shower is now a little microclimate of warmness! No steam, condensation on the dome runs down the sides so it doesn't drip on you (works exactly like they say it will). Had to keep turning the shower temp down when I would normally be turning it up at this time of year!

Have never been so disgusted at a retail store. Came in to have a look with my boyfriend and found a Pen I wanted. Gave it to my Boyfriend to hold but he said it was broken cos it wasn’t clicking so I grabbed it off him and went back to swap it. The Korean Man starts harassing my bf saying where is it then tries to say we tried to steal it. I literally laughed from how ridiculous it was and said to check the camera footage and he then tries to shoo us out of the store. Just cos there’s a storm we were wearing hoodies and beanies decided to play the racist card. Don’t bother wasting ur money here everything is over $5 anyways lol
