went to see them with regards to building a house. very unhelpfull. everything seemed to difficult and proplamatic. was told it would be too expensive to build.... ha ha. they dont want the work. All their house/garages look pretty cheap anyway.

Travis was very friendly and I felt he was the right man for us and what we were looking for. Well explained and simple to understand.

I recently had a sleep out built by Sleepoutz. I am absolutely delighted at the finished product. I had the dilemma of requiring an extra room for my teenage daughter and I started looking at sleep out designs as a solution. I was looking for a solid building with an attractive appearance. I was daunted by some of the building companies that had quite cumbersome looking buildings with outsized roof heights that would have caused an imposition for the size of my land

We are getting a garage built by Versatile Whakatane, contract was signed in November 2018 for build to start February 2019 Finish March 2019. It is still not finished. Lack of communication and transparency from Director and staff. We are not happy .top marks to the one builder and chap who put in boxing/concrete pad .Finally finished 8/5/19. Would never have a build done by Versatile ever again.

Fair dinkum top quality sheds

This was a horrible experience. Our build took close to a year over our contract and what we had been told. Versatile went through 2x project managers then we had none. The owner has no customer service skills! And it seems no management skills either. I could write pages about this but as you can imagine ill never be recommending them. This cost us time stress and alot more $ than it should have. From my experience they just dont care. The council and tradies we have no problems with. As it all come down to poor communication and management!! If i could give a 0 i also would. We didnt even get an apology at the end for me thats just not on.

We hired a unit fro a few years then decided to buy one. We always tell our friends how much we love our tiny home and couldn’t be happier. Catherine and livi looked after us and they really know there stuff. We love how much storage is in our cabin and cooking appliances. Thanks team.
