Heart hospital

I had the angioplasty and stent done last week at Intra North Harbor. The service and facilities are excellent. The team of staff who looked after me at the procedure, waiting and recovery ward were of really high standard. I would like to say a big thank you in particular to Rita Chang and Hazel, the two nurses who looked after me. I felt so well looked after and taken care of. They also made me feel less anxious as obviously, like any patient, the waiting was daunting. They looked after me really well during recovery. They stayed until 10 pm for me. Thanks for providing such high standard of medical care to us who really need that, when you know your heart isn't doing great ❤

Really bad experience with Cardiology Institue. Makes me extremely upset about their service.

Terrible service. Did not care

Didn't even get past the receptionist on the phone. Barriers were put up from getting me to book an appointment. It sounded because the public system has addressed my acute issues, there was no money in it for them for post and ongoing care.

Upset service.
