Alan at Newbolds is the people's hero. I'd been dithering over online options, but popped into the shop, and he sorted things for me brilliantly. ALMOST the same price as the cheapest online, BUT with delivery, installation and removal of my old machine included. AND my washer is now running its first load less than 24 hours after I walked into the shop.Thanks, Alan.

These guys were great, so helpful and willing to give me phone support and different things to try to get my Insinkerator working. In the end it needed replacing but not for the want of trying to fix it first. Replacement costs were fair and competitive. Thank you

Thermomixing with Shernaz
Thermomix is excellent. Can never go wrong with my cooking. First I was very reluctant, but then once I got it, I was so impressed that I bought it for my children. They too are very happy to own one. There are so many reasons I can say, that it is the best choice.

Fisher & Paykel Appliances Dunedin
Absolute disgrace of an outfit. They will make you wait hours and hours on hold (usually around 3 hours) and you will have to explain the story again, again & again. Senior staff will promise resolutions, but they are only interested in covering up their own mistakes and getting you off of the phone. I will never buy a F&P appliance again.
