Just wanted to say thank you for all your help with Bruna!She is doing amazing and loving her walks off lease. She is so well behaved, no jumping up on people, or reacting to other dogs when she is on the leash. Walking with her is stress free and a joy!Well worth the money and effort!

I have several items which came from this company via their retailers. But after calling them directly today with a product enquiry I would not choose items from them in the future if they come with any sort of risk attached or there is a good alternative product via another distributor or mail order from overseas. Its not clear if they have a policy to avoid customer service or there was something else going on, but the tone was not the least bit confidence inspiring.

Was travelling to Taranaki for Anzac weekend and my clutch started to give out on the way. Was completely gone by the time I arrived, so took it in on the Monday and they were able to source the part and replace the clutch, all within 24 hours - saved me! Great service and reasonably priced! Cheers
