I am so pleased that I was recommended Sophie, I cannot speak more highly of her services and support. I contacted Sophie via email at 2.30am after the worst night with my nocturnal babe. It would take me hours to settle her, then she would wake up within the hour, after car rides in the early morning - I was running on empty.Sophie contacted me the next day and after an easy assessment on how my days and nights were looking, I had a plan and a routine within days. Sophie has designed a routine for my child. I couldn't believe it within a week she was sleeping the whole night, she can now settle herself and is so happy!I feel empowered knowing when she will wake she is having 3 naps a day including a 2 hour lunchtime nap, her bedtime routine is like clock work and she is in bed for 12.5 hours ( she is happy if she wakes up earlier than her get up time and self settles / soothes or practices her rolling ) We have noticed huge developmental changes as she has enough time to rest and recover from the busy days and I have got my evenings back. We even went camping !The communication of support through phone calls texts emails have been amazing, she is so empathic, kind and responsive - I must have asked the same questions 100 times over in my sleep deprived state and Sophie was happy to answer them all again.My partner and I both agreed we could have never of done this without Sophie's support, I looked into a few sleep consultants before Drift and the pricing was too expensive. I was so surprised with the affordability for all the support given. I am a better mother now, with time to recharge, Thank you again.

He provided lots of resources, examples that helped me understand my experience and reframe my thinking around sleep habits.He provided tools to not only help me take control of my immediate sleep problems, but assure me that should I stumble, I had the tools to quickly rebound.Thank you very much!

The receptionist when making the appointment came across as quite good, however when I got to my appointment she was quite rude. When I arrived she was on the phone, but instead of pausing the call and asking me for details she told me to go next door. They immediately told me to go back.Which I did, only to have her show irritation for me being there.So then an hour long session for $280.00.Not worth it at half the price. I was told to try a method of compression sleep, but my research since has revealed that the best way of doing this is quite different than what was told. Do not recommend.

I did a lot of online research for my snoring issue. Decided on going to Oraltech (Snorex). Denise did an excellent job with the fitting, so find it easy to wear. From day one I have not snored, get a good sleep and wake up feeling much more refreshed. Really pleased I chose to get a Snorex.

The level of care I have received from Wayne and his team has been incredible during the lockdown. The care pre and post made me feel informed and very comfortable. I was expecting days of pain but the quality of the work only had me laid up for a day and then I was back to normal. Highly recommend
