Browns Ski Rental
What a fantastic experience with Browns. Recommended by the Hilton, we took our 2 young girls to get them fitted properly. I also got a proper fitting and what's more, they delivered and picked up from the Hilton!!! All our kit was waiting for us to jump on bus and go and we didn't have to worry about dropping off. Plus, way cheaper than rental on the mountain!!!!!!

Went there with 2 kids aged 10 & 12 for indoor rock climbing. Brilliant. Note.you have to pre book on the day so call first if you are booking. Uses a system like a seat belt so you can make sure the kids are clicked in correctly and they can climb for each climb. I could have easily looked after 3 kids on my own. It cost $17 each for my kids for 1 hour (2020 prices). Awesome rainy day activity.

Great staff - I had a pair of snowboard boots that had snapped their Boa cables. The guys let me know the cables had a lifetime warranty and the only out of pocket expense was their time to replace the cables and re-string. Dropped the boots off at midday and they were ready to be picked up that same afternoon.

Snopro Wanaka
This was the first time I have used Snopro in Wanaka. I have to say the service is amazing. I booked skis and poles online, however I could have booked everything down to thermals.When i arrived at my Motel I received a text letting me know they would be there at 4pm. They arrived fitted my boots with a very friendly approach. The whole process was easy, even being able to leave the skis outside for the pick up at the end of my trip. I will use again as the price was the same if not cheaper as the main rental places.

I hired an emtb to ride to the top of Ben Lomond and my second day a trance 29r to 7 mile. Jordan and the guys in the shop are absolute legends, I had the best experience and I would highly recommend anyone wanting to ride bikes to go to them. If I had more time in QT I would be going again. Also it's 110% worth hiring a emtb to climb skyline we were at the top in 20 min from the access road and they are still alot of fun on the way down. They have a massive range of bikes to choose from for all skill levels. If you are reading this go hire a bike and ride!

Bought this bike here. Asked to get a new chainset for my bike I bought 1 1/2 years ago. No spare parts available and total cost about half the price buying this bike new.I got as an answer „this bikes are not the best quality…“ I am wondering why they sell this bikes if there is no motivation to fix them.
