This is the worse place for your loved ones. Whanau be aware?? Lack of communication. Managed very poorly.My Whanau member was not taken proper care of here she was very unhappy, miserable and was always hospitalised because the lack of care.She is now residing at Idea Trust which is under an excellent management she is very happy there and has never been hospitalised.Hohepa does not deserve any stars.

The 'Ceo' needs to learn how to talk to people. Very rude and unapproachable. On a power trip. Makes everyone feel uncomfortable in the building get rid of her.Waste of tax payers money
