It's a great place for the kids to have fun plus a major bonus that they don't specifically need to wear the brand socks. It can get annoying having incorrect socks but thankfully Gravity is chill about it!!

Newly opened in 2023. Smaller than the Westfield mall one. Has a good range of toys that can be redeemed by tickets and games to play. Every now and then they'll put on good bonus deals for to ups. Super friendly staff and very helpful here. We've had card issues before they went extra miles to sort it for us.

Chipmunks Playland & Cafe Rotorua
First time going to chipmunks with my baby, haven’t been since I was a kid so we were super excited. We went on a weekday which was ideal. The place was clean, the kids were happy, a positive vibe. It was a bit awkward walking in and not being spoken to. We stood at the counter waiting for the lady to look up at us, nothing to say. We were expecting to be given the ok to go through, perhaps a rundown on how things work, etc. Not very energetic or happy to be there. We were checking out the space for a future 1st birthday party, not sure about it now.

It's lovely if you need a reprieve from you know who lol, but just not a fan of the older kids playing in the 4 and under section. Makes it potentially unsafe for the 4 yr olds and younger coz the older kids start doing and climbing onto things they shouldn't be on etc... Otherwise not a bad spot to just get a bit of a break and pretty cheap.

Great venue for a large party. We hosted a party for teen boys who are keen Gtramp athletes. Kids loved the venue and facilities. We all found the supervising team great. Special mention to Dion, Carta, Annie and Nicole.Clean, inviting and for sure we will be back.

It’s entertaining for kids... but tbh when the adults are standing around was a bit hard to hear. Environment wasn’t Deaf friendly... very hard to hear. The birthday rooms need a bit more well.. fun in their to be honest and comfy chairs...

Chipmunks Playland and Cafe Lyall Bay
Visited with my one year old on Waitangi Day. It was our first time going to something like Chipmunks. Generally not much for under two. The more exciting play area was for two to five year olds. The place seemed tidy although toys were worn out even compared to our local playgroup. Staff were friendly. I think I will wait till my baby is older to come back so he can enjoy the facilities available.
