I visited Tilemax along with a number of other tile stores this month when looking for tiles in Wellington and Tilemax presented the best range and the staff were very helpful with the design suggestions and ideas.The delivery was fast as they had the tile in stock in Wellington, the end result is fantastic.Seemed like really great value too for the tiles we selected.Thanks Tilemax ! I will recommend you to my friends.

Venetia in the Havelock North branch has been amazing to deal with. Helped with suggestions and ideas. Communicated really well and was responsive to all of our requests. She also checked in regularly as we had a number of early holdups on our build.

I'm in Auckland and wanted some Rubio samples. I chose to drive to your store which is extremely inviting with far more items than I anticipated. It is beautifully presented too. I was shocked the Rubio samples on the Rubio website are $6 and you charge $15. I'm all for paying more for an instore experience and service. I'm also a person who takes notice of reviews which I realise are individual and subjective. I wouldn't usually visit a company with reviews of 2.7 out of 5 but I've decided on Rubio and Artedomus are the Auckland retailer. There is a consistent pattern in your reviews, bad staff attitude and / or unsatisfactory service. Each review is replied to which shows your company care, however, they are disparaging responses. The 4 R's of a trustful apology are Recognition, Responsibility, Remorse, and Reparation. I'm not publically going to name your staff or detail their attitudes but I will never purchase from you or recommend you. Very sad because there were many items I would love to own

I have been into Bello Casa many times and found the staff very helpful.Their product knowledge and showroom samples means that consultations are very quick and easy.I see a few of the the other reviews have criticised the attitude of the owner. This has NOT been my experience! We unfortunately have got very used to ( particularly Asian owned businesses) employing staff at low salary rates, that have poor product knowledge and service. I have found Michael a breath of fresh air. Being a highly trained person with extensive knowledge of the building industry, the products that he is promoting and an overwhelming enthusiasm for the making sure the customer gets the best for their dollar.A true top shelf business that I enjoy visiting and would urge anyone interested in Italian design to call in and see their beautiful showroom.
