Andrew is true professional. He helped me to get an Insurance policy and when I had to make a claim, he processed the claim application and ensured that the claim was accepted by the insurance company and was paid out (which is the most important thing). During the whole transition, Andrew was upfront, honest and reliable. His communication was timely and kept me informed on the status. I would very much recommend Andrew for any Insurance related services. 5 stars to you Andrew.

Nikki is fantastic, I've never met a bank manager like her! Incredibly helpful, approachable, fast communication, and regular reviews to keep us on track with our goals. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing a home loan.

Terrible turnaround time for claims, usually takes 2 weeks not 3-5 business days as the app says. It has been like this for about a year now with no improvement. Calling them I am put on hold multiple times even for the most basic requests (e.g. change payment date or check premiums due) as if the staff have not even had the most basic training. I have worked in call centres throughout my career and honestly the experience with SC has been abysmal.

James and the team were so helpful while going through the process of applying for our first mortgage. They happily answered all our questions and gave us the support we needed.Donelle was also incredible to go through the insurance process with. She was so kind and we really enjoyed all of our interactions with her. She kept us updated throughout our application and helped us make the right choices for us.Thanks James, Donelle & team! Cannot recommend enough!

Very poor service. I sadly have to agree with some other reviews regarding loading pre-existing conditions so they can find a way out of claims. Basically not worth the money. Currently convincing my wife not to waste her time and stop paying money with little chance of ever having a claim approved.I'd rather gamble $150 a month and take my chances.

Great service！JIC provided me the recommendation based on my needs! Another broker only asked me to buy an insurance which he thought it's good. But JIC gave me a more suitable cover which could cover pre-existing conditions! Now, I have confidence to treat my problem in the future. Highly recommend JIC Insurance!

When I met Amanda over 10 years ago I was nervous due to past experience's with advisors that sold a product then you never heard from them again.Amanda has been the opposite of this and has been very supportive in offering the best advise that suits our needs.Any questions I have she responds promptly.She is such a caring humble person and I've lost count how many times I have recommended her to friends.
