For me it's a home run all three of my experiences have been faultless, out of the park. I'm a big boy and growing so going in not knowing how things fit / sit I try a lot on. Today I'm the first customer in greeted by Tama who genuinely wants to help. Boom trying this, that too tight, too short, arh that's a no. It wasn't a problem try style, fits and look. Left with a few items and another positive experience.

I shot in there with my wife to get a sports jacket for Anzac day and walked out with a whole new wardrobe. The staff there are awesome. They know there product really well and are super friendly. They know what they are talking about. I highly recommend this store. Just went back in there today , just want a couple of shirts and walked out with more stuff.For a bigger guy like myself you can still look good, without trying to fit in to smaller mainstream clothing that isn't designed for you.

So my husband liked a jacket that was displayed on the mannequin, we went inside to check it out and the sales lady came and said this is Johnny Big and non of the clothes here will fit you. What a pathetic thing to say when customer walks in! So very disappointed. There clothes range from XL-9XL and did she think non of the size would have fit him I guess she seriously needs to learn about the product they are selling. Never going back to this store again.

Great location in St Luke’s Westfield. Good range and fit of products. Sales stock was limited. Staff were helpful and friendly (added a star). We lived in Aussie so the prices were a shock. Obviously the NZ big man market is a dream for them with all the Polynesians and Māori (and higher pricing!) - need more competition. Will have to post about quality after the items are worn a time. Worth a visit but again not much competition.

Staff here are amazing and the products offered here are wide. Highly recommended to purchasing wedding attire from this store as they have access to international networks of Johnny Bigg stores and can import your size products. The prices are a bit steeper in comparison to its competitors but the quality is second to none. Would purchase again in the future.

I went to the store to buy a jacket and the reception man was really good to me). This store has nice clothes and the the staff was really helpful. had to asked the second time to get what I need because he didn't understand me but I'm cool with it. I love the jacket and when I went with my mum she was really impressed. If the good service continues I will keep going back).
