Ventilating equipment manufacturer

Total waste of money, sucks cold dusty unfiltered air from the attic to push out the warm heated air inside our house. My mother was duped by the strong arm tactics, the sales person" (which is an insult to real sales people who care about the customers needs) show up with the installers and pressure you into signing and installing on the spot. To make matters worse the installers moved our ceiling insulation but didn't put it back leaving big uninsulated cold spots in our house"

Worst customer service ever experienced. Had recommended and installed 2 fans and almost each room got a ventilation connected ,but still moulded on the curtains,had talk to some many people and emailed a lot , nobody show up and help us to sorted our even the filters need to be changed.Very disappointed with the customer service and Over $10000 for not changing anything at all!

Installed system in the winter of 2018. Absolutely brilliant, no moisture or mold on the windows and the house stays fresh year round with good air exchange. The filter system is great at reducing pollen and dust in the house as well. Highly recommend.

Very very poor customer service and arrogant and uneducated staff working here. Lady who looks after customer service need to go back to school to learn some manner and respect the customers. Very much disappointed after purchasing this stuff.

I had a evoaq heat transfer system and a kitchen extraction- both loud. The kitchen extraction i hear turning on and off constantly and the h/t sounds like a rocket ship in the ceiling. Gets the job done but you know about it

At all times we found staff friendly and very helpful. When quoting the work,time was taken to go over the choices and how the installation was to be done. Both installers very easy to talk to and work with and they left the site very tidy so have no hesitation to recommend this company.

Have ventilation and heat transfer system installed. System generally worked well / delivers benefits as expected however both fans failed shortly after warranty expired and request to rectify received no response until followed up with formal request for resolution under consumer guarantees act. Cost of replacements was partially covered however was less than a pleasant process. Essentially told we were either just unlucky or possibly an issue with the house despite it been a new build, units were professionally installed and we live in a temperate part of the country. When questioned what the reasonable life expectancy of the fans was I was told everyone tries it on under the consumer guarantees act." As I understand it
