Vaughn was able to accommodate me and help even though he was on his way out to Timaru. I really appreciated his taking the time to test my battery, explain the problem to me, show me the difference between the battery I had and a new battery, and answer all my questions. His entire manner and approach were friendly, professional, and reassuring. Murray carefully installed my battery and I couldn't be happier with their exceptional service and price. We had a serious issue with the upholstery shedding its faux leather in the dining area seating of our 5 years old Roller Team Campervan (Starfish Interiors inform me that this is a known fault!!) Tina at Starfish Interiors could not have been more helpful. From the initial enquiry to the finished product Tina was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Starfish reupholstered the squabs and did a fantastic job in restoring them to a professional standard and they did so in the timeframes stated.I highly recommend this company.

I bought venetian blinds, curtains, mattresses & squabs, this process took a while by numerous emails with colour choices, fabrics, measurements & multiple questions on fittings etc but Tina got me through it all. Fabulous, friendly & patient service which was much appreciated. Then to send it all down to Christchurch & straight to the coachbuilder who rang me & said Perfect". Haven't seen it yet but will send a photo of finished interior. Thank you so much Starfish peeps. Very happy customer."

We had an emergency as our battery died on Sunday under a supermarket. Mr Vaughan came to help us as soon as he could bringing a spare battery. He replaced the battery on the spot, charging us only for the battery cost, which was very affordable. Wonderful service, honest and friendly man. Thank you!
