Horrible experience there today - was a line and I was patiently waiting then the younger women there with short hair in a half ponytail decided to help the person behind me instead - I was fine and then it was my turn to be served and the same woman was told to ouch in front of me again as the young girl had served her on the wrong counter. I told the girl how rude she was to do this and help people behind in the line before those of us waiting longer and she could care less. Super rude service especially as I send packages there every few days

Worst customer service experience. I tried engaging with both of the sales people. I stood at the counter waiting for them to serve me… nothing. Ignored. Left the store.

Generous range, helpful friendly staff plus have postal facilities as well. Range includes gifts, craft supplies, jigsaws, office supplies as well as a great range of Books.

Great place to go if you are after jigsaws. My mum is 90 and still loves doing them, they had a fabulous range to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
