Expensive to see absolutely nothing. I visit a lot of museums but Basically walked in and walked out. Could be interesting if your over 40yo. Worth a gold coin only.

Visiting from Auckland, a last minute visit before closing, recommended by another family member for our 7yr old son. Our son enjoyed it and us adults LOVED it! Def a walk down memory lane! Toys, cutlery even stationary from back in the day. Thanks for sharing your collection with the us all. Would def come back when we visit Chch again so we can spend longer.

If parents take themselves and one child, it's $15. Not bad, if the museum was a tad more extensive. It takes but a few minutes to see it all and though interesting, it's a bit light on. My 7 year old was bored in less than 15 minutes and we had seen everything in that time. Glad it's there. We do support it's continuation, but wish it was much more. Cheers,

Lovely museum. $7 is definitely worth it. Have to say, a few moving display items need some TLC. If they sort that out it a 5 star rating. We really enjoyed it on this rainy day.

Awesome place, lots of cool toys and collectibles - served by a very nice man Eugene. Picked up a hot wheels car as they're no longer sold in the UK. Would recommend :)

I was expecting couple of old toys, dusty, and scattered all over. What my wife and I, along with our 3 and 6 year old daughters found, was simply a magical world. My girls were in awe, and for the first time ever (not even uttered during Disney World trip), stated This is so much fun
