Brilliant focus on developing key areas of the game, with also aspects of fun and competition in order to keep the drills interesting. Have really seen an improvement in my game over time. 100% recommend to anyone looking to advance specific areas of their game in certain areas.

I had two sessions with Liz Kirkman 7 days apart and found them to relieve some past challenges that I had buried and had become unknown baggage. Liz is a very calm and compassionate person and allows the sessions to unfold organically according to men situation and not some cookie cutter method. The method is a very light hands on and is guided by how your body is and the experience (I am thinking intuition) of Liz. I highly recommend a few sessions.

Rebecca is truly an amazing woman, she has helped in ways I cannot even explain. I was so overwhelmed with life and felt trapped, thanks so Rebecca I am becomming more free with every day.

I have had the greatest of privileges of meeting Sha & Lynnette they have helped me immensely in both my work and home situation. I would highly recommend this course to anyone/company. I have learnt to have a better understanding of others emotional situations, why they may not be as effective from one day to the next.
