Office furniture store

Kia ora team,I just want to give a huge shout out to the lovely retail assistant managing the Wearhouse Stationary counter. I've been twice to this store and both times each team member not only has great service, but is very knowledgeable with printing. Printing is a very technical job and with my crazy design each sales assistant instantly knows how to execute the printing.The sale assistant that served me was a female sales assistant that clearly knew what she was doing as well as communicated the waiting time, as there were customers lining up. At this point, I didn't mind waiting or coming back the next day so I left and came back within the hour and they were done! :)The printing was done so well I returned within the next hour and half to get more done. Again, the lovely sales assistant was quick and done this with out a fuss, customer service makes a huge difference but also customers being patient just makes life easier. Well done to her :)

Terrible experience after 5 false eta's & no communication on Cuchi's behalf.. still no furniture to be seen and not one update with out us asking them for one!

Spent around 30 mins walking around instore just to find someone to process my order of 4 office furniture items 2 weeks ago during my visit. Not once was I greeted or approached by anyone, everyone seems to be too busy standing around chatting with each other doing nothing despite me walking around looking for staff, very obviously going to make a purchase and even then I had to ask a few times before I found someone helpful" enough to take my money. 0/10 customer service.Staff was misinformed as they told me it was going to be $60 delivery per item which is beyond basic logic

Sales service was okay but as far as delivery, promised multiple times and never showed, final day they promised was xmas eve, still a no show, we contacted delivery dept. which was followed up with lies saying they had called multiple times to make the delivery but no call were received or even missed

Was selecting a chair as a Christmas present for my father who suffers from back pain. Jacqui was very patient and professional, she provided very detailed advice for me to select the chair that suits my dad's situation best. Definitely will come back to Ergostyle for new chairs.

Great friendly service. Staff are professional. They deliver, in most cases on the same day. Pricing is very competitive. They offer a lot more than you think.

A great variety of products. Great for school stationery - as all the other people doing there can no doubt attest to. It was busy but the staff stayed calm - bonus :)

I purchased a shed and was promised next day delivery to set it up. The transport company failed to deliver and I was unable to get it setup so I cancelled the delivery. Hercules Store then gave me a full refund for the mess around. I had to go with another option but the staff did try their best.Highly recommended and I will go through them again if needed.

I rang through directly to the store for help with an urgent order. I spoke with store manager - Chris Taylor. I cannot thank her enough, professionalism A+ and customer service with a smile. Thank you Chris, you definitely saved the day!
