Cannot recommend highly enough. Recently moved to Whangamata, and had been working with massage, physio, even had a surgery to attempt to alleviate years of hip pain without success. Fortunately stumbled across Nourish, and Sharyn's regime of Pilates plus massage therapy, has actually FIXED my hips. I had resigned myself to this being permanent, and Sharyn has changed my life by strengthening and stretching muscles and ligaments. I really can't thank her enough - absolute game changer.

I was amazed at the results I got with this treatment! I had my lower abdomen treated as I had always had stubborn fat stored there - I called it my “podge”. After a couple of weeks I didn’t see much difference and then one day got in the shower and my podge was gone! I lost 8cm around my lower abdomen after 8weeks! Linda was absolutely lovely and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend!

I am a 58 year old women. I am about 5kg over my ideal weight. I go to the gym regularly and have always been about the same weight for at least 10 years.I carry my extra weight in a small roll around my belly and some pouches in my inner thighs. There has only been one time in my life that I have been my ideal weight, and unfortunately it made my face look very gaunt and unattractive.Apart from doing something drastic like Liposuction, I saw no solution for ever getting rid of the extra bits.After hearing about the Cooltech procedure I was curious to see if it actually could work. Before making the appointment, I did a lot of research, and discovered it has been around for over 17 years, and it is FDA Approved in the USA. I also looked at tons of before and after images on the net, and saw good results.On that note of optimism, I booked a free consultation at Pinch an Inch Dunedin.Linda gave me the full scoop and I felt confident to give it a try. I chose to do my belly roll. The procedure was incredibly painless and easy, I sat on a comfortable treatment bed, while Linda attached a suction cup to my roll. Then she turned the machine on, and it began gathering the roll into the cup until it was full. The first feeling was a tightness and squeezing, but it soon turned to feeling nothing, as the area became numb when cold. Then came the good part, I got to just chill on my phone for about 70 minutes.Once that was over, Linda removed the suction cup, and massaged the newly treated area. There was no pain and there was mostly total numbness. The area was red, and that’s normal.After that, I went home, drank lots of water for 2 days, and applied a bit of arnica to the area.While waiting for the results… they say as early as 4 weeks… I admit I was a bit doubtful that results would really be that good and that reducing my lifetime roll could really be THAT easy.During the first 4 weeks, the numbness mostly remained, and there was some swelling. But…. Soon things changed, and I noticed my roll was shrinking, and the area was a lot more compact.I am now at 6 weeks and am thrilled with the results. So much so that I went back for the inner thighs. They say that one treatment gets about 25% of the fat cells in the area that is in the suction cup, so ideally I will go back and do a 2nd treatment of my belly roll after about 12 weeks. Very satisfied and surprised.

Sharyn at Nourish is Fantastic, attentive to my problem areas - a great deep tissue massage. She always manages to squeeze me in or offer an alternative masseuse. I am a regular here & would definitely recommend!
