Bought $60 worth of water toys but when I got to my car I realised it was false advertising and the product inside was not the same as the picture. I walked straight back in and they refused to give my money back.

This store is not too bad, it's what you would expect from two dollar + stores. I do however think the kids toys are overpriced but everything else reasonable for the quality

Very satisfied with the customer service & great staff! The swap and go system flows and works tremendously! Even when My partner and I are away, there are many swap center's located around New Zealand, close enough for us to swap :) Definitely worthwhile and a company we will be supporting in future.
