Emergency dental service

May is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. She is thorough, professional, comprehensive and kind. She coached my breathing for getting my wisdom teeth out which made such a positive difference to the procedure. She takes the time to fully explain each step and is so respectful of how her patient is feeling. I didn’t realise going to the dentist could be this good. Thank you May!

Had been in credit with this company for 2 year's,Sent a email on the 3rd of July in regards to my debt of $66.00 as it had gone up to $120.00 then get a Bay corp bill of $180.00 on the 11th of June.TRIPLE THE AMOUNT.There fee's for treatment seem higher than other's this is after getting 3 more quotes done all other quotes are at least $800.00 less,when I went in to get my treatment done on my teeth they would do 1" service per dental sitting I have since found a dentist that has done 3 service's in 1 dental sitting.Wouldn't recommend this franchise THE TOOTH FAIRY"

Absolutely wonderful service! A +++. I was really nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed but the staff there were so amazing and made me feel so much better throughout the whole process. The receptionist is so lovely and will always greet you with the nicest smile on her face and the dentist which dealt with me was really comforting; aswell as very good at what he does! Overall, amazing service and truly wonderful staff. I would give more stars if I could :)

The team at The Tooth Company Britomart are amazing! Everyone is very friendly and they have gone out of their way to help out when I was in pain with my wisdom teeth. Poppy at the front counter has been super helpful and very prompt with all communication. They even walked me home across the road when I had all of my wisdom teeth taken out! Highly recommended and very affordable services!

It is an awesome clinic with very friendly staff. The top notch Principal, Doctor Reddy, has been my dentist for over 14 years. Accordingly, I vouch for his expertise, professionalism and sound service delivery.

*'*WARNING** - I wish there was a ZERO STAR option here. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF WORK, as soon as i alerted them to an issue that i was having the staff response towards me became very hostile. The work that i had done with Dental on Raffles is BELOW ACCEPTABLE levels, and i am now far worse off now than i was before hand, now i am in a position off having to spend another $3000.00 DOLLARS to have the work done all over again with another dentist as speaking is dam near impossible let alone trying to eat.PLEASE be cautious when finding a dentist.

After having not gone to the dentist for quite sometime I decided that it was high time that I find a great dentist. I spent many an hour looking for dentists in Hamilton and looking at the reviews of all the practices.One thing that I was looking for was a place that provided excellent dental care but also cared about the patient by taking the time to get to know them.Focus 32 Dental has all of this. From the time you enter their practice you are greeted by Marischa who has a genuine smile on her face and makes you feel at home. After that you pop into one of their amazing Dentists (In my case this was Alastair). Who makes you feel at ease and takes the time to explain what is going to happen.All staff at this practice showcase exceptional professionalism and customer service. An example of this is just one day after I had a filling inserted I received a call from the receptionist, on behalf of Alastair, who wanted to make sure that the filling was okay.Great service team. Keep up the great work.

to be honest I hated Dentist but going to supreme Dentist was one of the best experiance the care for there patients I had not just 1 tooth removed but 5 and the care I got of the supreme Dentist was amazing and going for my 2nd appointment the lady at at reception was amazing they were running behind time and she kept on apologizing to me and the nurse and doc Neeta was so apologizing I was happy to wait I recommend supreme Dentist to anyone they are a amazing team. there is nothing bad I can say about the team they a perfect and friendly
