I couldn’t recommend Greg and his team that came and set up our school ball enough. They were quick, efficient and punctual. They went above and beyond what they promised and nothing was a problem. Super grateful that we had the pretty lights team for our event will definitely use again. Thank you.

Great music store. Very helpful. Great selection of guitars at many price points. Stock Crafter and Tanglewood that are not common. Also Alvarez and Sigma and Martin.

The music shop has lots of options with a wide range of instruments. The staff there are highly welcoming and helpful. Had an awesome buying and customer experience! A big thanks to Rose, she is very professional, informative and friendly, even played some beautiful songs on different pianos to help us quickly pick up the one we like. We bought a lovely piano last month and it has really good quality. I would highly recommend this shop to others. Come to Rose and she is brilliant.

Such a great experience dealing with these guys. Equipment is top of the line. They helped me find the system that would work best for my function and delivered and set up everything on time. Very professional! Would definitely recommend them and will be using them agin for future functions.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Good old fashioned customer service. Neil is genuine in his approach and willingness to help. I had a very small job (outdoor Sonance speaker was not working properly) and when I called around for help in Tauranga and Auckland, most companies could not assist because it was a brand they were not familiar with, or it was not something they didn't do or it was out of their scope, etc. Neil's company also does not do repair jobs like this (they are a large format audio visual provider) but he offered to look at the speaker for me and despite being flat out with work, he repaired it. I am absolutely humbled to have met him and look forward to dealing with Triac in the future. If you are looking for a company built on honesty and solid customer focus, I recommend Triac and Neil.

Paul DJ Mars is simply brilliant, not only super professional but always so talented to face any unexpectations during events.I worked few nights with Paul and each time it's been a memorable one. Merci for being here in NZ and let's party again soon. JP
