House of Travel - The Crossing
I found the staff at HOT - The Crossing great to deal with. Hayley M did a wonderful job organising my flights (Tauranga to London return) and booking my Trafalgar tour of Ireland. Nothing was too much trouble; even sudden changes in return flight dates. Everything went smoothly but I knew HOT were only a phone call away should anything go awry. Thank you HOT.

Great service from Melora and Amit at Christchurch Airport. Was surprised that the booth was not surrounded with glass. It felt very insecure as monies were counted on open counter within easy reach of an opportunistic passer-by. It would be better to protect your valuable staff as well as deter theft.

As a frequently traveller I always changed currency at bank. One day I needed some Jordian currency, bank recommended me to Travelmoney Queensgate. I found a totally new world for me.They never charged me any fees, commission, always find not only popular currency but also rarely currency, eg. Colombia Pesso, Saudian Arabic currency, even Kenyaian currency for me. No1 Currency
Terrible unprofessional and rude. Asian lady behind counter refuse to exchange USD to NZD till I provide her with proof of where this USD come from. When I ask her to show me any documents to proof that her request is legitimate, she first show some paper which haven't a single word about that rule. Then she tells me that she doesn't have to show me anything and I have to do what she says or go away. Worst experience I ever have from any service provider"."

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Staff Member AYESHAI am writing this review with great disappointment about the negative customer service encounter I had with staff member Ayesha. The level of service I received was not only unsatisfactory but also unprofessional and disrespectful.When it was my turn to be assisted, I approached Ayesha for services provided by NZ Post. However, to my surprise, she responded with an abrupt NO" without any explanation or attempt to understand my needs. This initial response was already disheartening

The Asian lady with the brown hair was very rude and extremely unprofessional, this was my first time going to a currency exchange instead of explain it how it works to me, she literally told me off!
