The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My case was more complex, so I understood there were additional upfront charges and extra time associated for this. However, DataLab had my phone for over 6 months. In this time I’d contacted them to see how things were going and for an update or estimated timeframe. Initially they were good and gave me an update or two. Then as time drifted by, they completely ignored my emails and didn’t call me back when they said they would. It actually started to feel like I’d been scammed out of the money I paid upfront because they seemed to just vanish on me completely. After this whole saga, I got sick of waiting for the job to be done when clearly it wasn’t being done, and as I was moving abroad and requested my phone back. When I originally sent the phone to them it was working. When they sent it back to me in pieces and it wasn’t working anymore and they weren’t able to tell me what had been done to the phone and which pieces were what. I since sent my phone into another data recovery service overseas. It cost me $2000 for the other company to figure out what the hell DataLab had done, and the job was done within 10 days. I’d give DataLab 0 stars if I could. They cost me a lot of time, a lot of stress, and a lot of extra money. Don’t waste your resources. If your data is extremely precious, as mine was, send it elsewhere.

Terrible service, staff were very disrespectful. I asked them to find my lost cat Baptesta and instead of returning her they bought me a salamander??? Like what am I supposed to do with a salamander??? I just wanted my cat back and now they're saying she died? She's only been missing for a day so I seriously doubt that... Something strange is going on with this business.

I phoned Pinpoint Professionals needing help with a matter but wasn't sure if they could help with my situation. I was advised that I would be better going to a lawyer for the help I needed.
