Fish processing

Terrible customer service! I was left with a voicemail and was instructed to give them a call back in regards to the product I purchased. I called them 6 times and the customer service purposely hung up on me each time! I wrote a complaint email and no response at all!!! Extremely disappointed by their service. My husband called them one time and they responded to him!!!

The salmon here's awesome, very fresh. Great for sashimi and salmon steaks.

Just wondering, you say your 100% NZ owned but your product is of Vietnam. does all your seafood come from overseas.

Great service fantastic takeaways and fresh fish - probably the only fish shop I know of that does not smell like fish. True story. If it's not Marsic bros frankly I won't be having fish and chips.

Great Salmon, comes in good packaging to keep it fresh while you're going home. Would come again

Tryed emailing them about how terrible we found their calamari rings three times but site doesn't let you submit comments. Crumbed Processed fish meal is not calamari rings.. pretty embarrassing wen the Chinese squid rings are far better than a kiwi company.The package suggests actual calamari rings not garden fertilizer.

The woman serving rounds up the cost ie cents 67 she rounds up to 70. If 63 cents she doesn’t round it down. Question her and she reputs the correct amount in and pretends it was an error.Happened twice so it’s not a mistake. Bought groper tonight at $51+ per kilo and was surprised there were smaller pieces which is not usual for groper.Admit we got it home and it didn’t look right.Discovered when we ate it it wasn’t groper but another cheaper fish they threw in. Do not trust these people

I did not know this was here but when l was travelling on a bus l went past it and thought l would grab my dinner there 17th June 21. 18:45PM we went in x2 of us and l ordered. I asked for a burger, sorry we're not doing burgers, ok x2 fish and half a scoop of fish please Oh is there and raw mussels in a container too please... Because they had put away most of the fish side she had to go at the back and get one for me, 2 minutes later she came out with a container of mussels l paid for my order. The service was great well spoken and manners were excellent... we got home opened the mussels they were cooked and the batter on the fish was not deep fried enough and had a bitter taste... It was before 19:00PM and they close according to there web site so not to do burgers l thought odd the mussels l was disappointed with and as the batter.. Not happy here and will not be going there anymore. Hope the Napier one ( Have been going too for over 20 years ) havent dropped there standeds...lm not angry just unsatisfied.RegardsMaurice

Every time we go here to get our business supplies, which is 2-3 times per week, we regret having to face the gentleman with the white hair in the shop. Man, man, man, that must be either the unhappiest or unfriendliest customer service person we have ever met. Get a job behind the scenes or somewhere else if you do not like customers but don't be grumpy and rude to them. Learn something from your colleague Brownie, who is the complete opposite. Great customer service from him, always happy and chatty and happy to pack your order with a smile.
