What awesome service we received from Shaan yesterday. We had difficulty in resetting the door after having to manually open it during a power cut. Shaan was around within an hour, reset it and did not charge us for this. So much appreciated and would highly recommend Shaan for all your garage door needs

I had some issue with Garador previous owners last year 2019 about condition of the door panels. The new manager came over and offer me a new door panels.The panels installed mid May 2020 and they are perfect. I believe the new owners looking after costumer service very well.

Terrible service.. spent ages trying to get someone to come and fix the door after it was initially installed becuase it wasn't working properly.. finally had someone around but it still wouldn't open properly after they looked at it.. made noise, shuddered whilebring raised, left scrape marks up the door, had to physically push the door up in some places.. had another company come to service/look at it.. they said the motor was the wrong size, springs weren't tightened correctly, installed 200m to short..the list goes on... how u could get it so wrong is beyond me..DO NOT USE THEM.. follow up when things go wrong is terrible..we ended up giving up

I got a complete system installed onto my old garage and have been wrapped with it ever since. Best thing I have done especially as winter approaches and having the ability to drive right on with a car loaded up with kids makes life much easier.
