Terrible service from Helen at 11:17AM Monday Dec 20th, 2021. Called to query whether book was in stock. Helen rudely said she doesn't know what I'm talking about. Helen then says, Goodbye

From Monsa Publications (Barcelona), we are more than happy to have Nationwide Books as our partner in New Zealand. It is not only that they are very professional, the thing is that working with them is also easy, funny, reliable, effective, fast...Monthly sales reports detailed and clear, and payments always before due date.I wish all companies would be like this one. Without a doubt, one of our best partners worldwide.

Clive Elliott Author & Artist
Clive’s wonderful book seems to become even more topical as 2022 rolls on. The social and political themes that it explores with reference to Aotearoa New Zealand are ones which for me at least are more important than what an inspirational female leader chooses to do privately with her friends one evening (ie the great Finnish PM).Clive’s book comprehensively discusses elements clearly in a way which allows readers to see a potentially more inclusively diverse way to be.I enjoyed the book very much and have returned to it several times. For me, it was as informative as it was helpful, to remind me that the doom and gloom in the world is not necessarily inevitable.Nick Holmes, Otepoti Aotearoa New Zealand

After no communication and unable to contact as the phone is not in service; my books arrived. Suprisingly! They are lovely books, but their service needs to be worked on, majorly. *Updated review as I did receive product*

It was such a relief to discover Nationwide Books after a negative experience with my local bookstore. Thankfully I was able to order from this store instead and it arrived within 48 hours of the order being placed, even accounting for the public holiday on Monday, so very impressed - thanks for the great service.

In September, 2013, I ordered a book via the web site. I mailed in a check in the amount of $32 US dollars. Wheeler's cashed my check and I never received the book. I've written to them 12 times, and even called via telephone, long distance (I live in the USA) regarding this order. I was told that I'd receive a refund. It's 9 months later, & I've never received it. So I spent $32 on a book that I never received, and no refund. Very frustrated.
