Very poor service. The technician could not find the fault in my TV. I was told if the problem kept happening to just bring it back".They left their Chromecast dongle in the TV which I returned at my expense

I really enjoyed my time working at One Contact in Wellington, obviously working in a call centre job isn't the most fun in the world but compared to most One Contact was really relaxed and with a good atmosphere, team leaders and management are really supportive and friendly, yes obviously they have targets and you have targets but these are realistic and not over the top and honestly if your working with your best energy you will reach them everyday. In a lot of sales jobs I felt always pressured by management to reach unrealistic targets but here the main pressure came from myself and wanting to do a good job for the team. Hours here are awesome and super flexible, pay is minimum but you make real money with your commission and it was satisfying to earn. But I think one of the best things were the people, everyone was awesome and genuinely friendly, would recommend!
