Terrible experience after 5 false eta's & no communication on Cuchi's behalf.. still no furniture to be seen and not one update with out us asking them for one!

An awesome place with great original and interesting home products

My daughter found this company online and based on the reviews wanted to buy a set of drawers, my husband went to the showroom to have a look at the quality of the furniture. He was very impressed with the quality. I went along and we ended up buying 2 x sets of drawers and we are very happy. The whole team working here are very friendly and helpful. When we paid for the furniture they provided estimates for when the furniture might arrive in and these proved to be extremely accurate. We highly recommend this furniture store for very high quality furniture and excellent customer service. Thank you to the whole team.

Sells beds

I made a mistake when ordering my stone basin and arranged to collect from the store. I emailed them & Julie replied right away to arrange delivery. Customer service is 10/10, so fast and helpful. She couriered my basin that day and I had it a few days later. The basin is gorgeous! I was nervous because its so much cheaper than other stores but it arrived & the quality is amazing. So happy with my basin, the price and the service. Highly recommend World of Decor!

They have a great range of office, hospitality, and education furniture, anything from metal lockers, sick bay beds, wooden desks and of course their options for custom builds. Nathan has been exceptionally helpful whenever I have needed assistance, would recommend him to anyone!
