Well briscoes what should i say about you , each time we have got something from this store it's stopped working not ever shopping in this store again but do say there staff are very amazing

Nice range of homeware. Most too expensive for my budget. The freezer we purchased was a good price at 50% off.

Came into this store today and i must say I've never felt so uncomfortable and awkward by the staff. I feel like they were being racist as i had a hat on and was taking my time browsing in the electrical area. I then heard someone over the speaker ask for someone to go to the electrical area. Mind you, i was the only one in the area as it wasn’t that busy in store so i knew they thought i was going to steal. How do i know this? Because i work in retail and they do this when they think someone is stealing. To top it off when i went to the counter to purchase my things the lady there was really rude. It’s actually embarrassing and i hope the staff do a better job at accusing someone thats ACTUALLY stealing.

normally would rate higher but today's visit was disappointing, the store is filthy! Understand they are renovating but everything is covered in dirt/dust. Not good for staff working and breathing that in

Worst customer service compared to all other Briscoes, I was served by a student cashier and he kept going to ask the supervisor, instead of the supervisor coming to help him she was only interested to answer his limited questions. I bought a sofa bed and was told there was 2 in stock, paid for the product and was told its okay to pick up next day, when i went to pick up, they gave me a display stock, obviously after paying for the product they sold it to someone else. At least when trainees need help supervisors should make their time to teach.
