Amazing service. Went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed I'm record time. Ordered in the early afternoon Monday, arrived lunch time Tuesday. The lovely ladies at Build a Birthday called to confirm things and made sure it made it on the courier as soon as humanly possible. I purchase all my birthday party and cake decorating needs from here and always will!

Not the worst vape shop I’ve visited, decent enough selection of juice but no hardware at all. Vast majority of the back wall is more for smoking than vaping. Would have been two stars were it not for the price incredibly friendly bloke behind the counter. Better shops are out there but will do in a pinch!

Just went for shopping with my mum. Staff who was working at the back was nice and helpful. But lady named ‘Katrina’ at the checkout ( near by exit door’ was so rude. Not even replied for my greetings to her. Even she put the color run remover box at the side and didn’t give it to me after I paid. Luckily when I checked and couldn’t find it and then went back to her and asked her. She just threw it towards me without any saying. No expressions. SUCH A RUDE****
