We have recently moved into our new home in Penny Grove and we are absolutely delighted with the result. Penny Homes has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and the whole planning and building process has been stress-free and a thoroughly enjoyable experience.The standard of build is excellent, we have a quality home with everything we wanted.From sales and administration to project management and all the contractors involved, the whole team was friendly, helpful and professional, all aiming for and achieving a high standard with outstanding service. I knew this team was my perfect choice from the moment I was greeted by both Sarah and Anton at Cocoon Tiny Homes, Silverdale. They were only a year into commencing this new venture of tiny home builds when I first met them and look how far they have come today. A thriving concept which is taking the country by storm as we all strive to lesson our carbon footprint in some way and reduce the needs of what we used to consider normal.Tiny home living for me is a sincere passion to think ‘outside the box’ and here at Cocoon Tiny Homes, they welcomed all of my ideas and more. I went in with a goal of creating a home, suited to me and my small children with several concepts I wanted to integrate into the design, but had not idea if it was practically possible. Anton proved to me that if you dreamt it, they can do it. And that they did!I went with a customised design for a build that was unique to my needs. From closed off mezzanine bedrooms, above stair wardrobes, in wall opening for the placement of furniture onto the top floor, large amount of storage, vertical windows and louvers and a Scandinavian style approach which matched my desire for a minimalist living style.Today, I am now am the proud owner of a beautiful crafted tiny home thanks to the entire team including, Andy, Jose and Dave who worked tirelessly to ensure everything was right, otherwise they wouldn’t be able to sleep. It’s truly evident in the craftsmanship and intricate details of every corner that you can see the effort gone in. Still blows me away!There was continuous communication, ongoing messaging and phone calls when thoughts popped up during the evening which were needing to be mentioned. They were adaptable and I was always considered when making decisions along the way.I recommend Cocoon Tiny Homes as the designer and manufacturer of your tiny home if ever anyone was to consider this new lifestyle. Artbuild made wardrobes for 3 bedrooms in our old 1910 NZ villa - they were made to fit the style of the house and look great. They were very responsive, communicated well and did a fantastic tidy job. We would absolutely choose them again.

We used White Wood Homes for a major renovation project on our house. The renovation included living room and garage extensions, new kitchen and bathrooms, joinery replacement and two outdoor decks. Malachi was fantastic to work with; his communication was excellent and his attention to detail was great throughout the whole process. We really appreciated that even after the work was done Malachi was still available to help if we had any queries.Hannah and Malachi are an amazing team, and were extremely helpful throughout the build. Hannah was a huge help to us when we needed advice on the interior design (paint colours, tapware and curtains etc) and helped connect us with some great contacts to get things sorted. They have a great group of builders working for them. The guys on site were very respectful and we loved the attention they gave our 3year old when he came to check on their work. It was such a pleasure working with White Wood Homes and we would definitely use them again in the future or recommend them to friends and family.
