Best business service I have experienced in years. I bought 3 bandsaw blades (half the price of everyone else] they sharpened a saw blade, planer blades, as I was an out of towner they dropped everything and did my on the spot. I'm rapped.

18 weeks for a basic shoe sole repair...I took some shoes in for repair in May, hoping to have them repaired so I could wear them in winter. I was told they would take a few weeks".They took about 18 weeks to be repaired. That's almost 5 months. Winter had long since passed by the time I got them back in September. We were in lockdown for only four of these weeks.It was only when I visited every week that they finally got finished. The final repair job was of a good quality.There was not even the hint of an apology."

2 star review here for the audacity of the customer service I was given. So went in to get my watch a new battery. He broke the pin after I had been waiting awhile and then charged me for it, so I left it with them for a couple days to get it fixed and payed for it. I got my partner to go pick it up for me because I was out at sea and then they tried to charge her again for it

Vadim's passion for sharpening various tools clearly shows through his work. My badly chipped knife was carefully restored to its original edge, if not sharper. Very highly recommended if you're looking for someone trustworthy and thorough to sharpen your knives.
