Vaporizer store

Have had two faulty products from here, so I emailed about the second one to ask how long the usually last because I’d barely used it and the light started flashing to indicate it was flat. I was told to either return it (which didn’t go well because I didn’t have a receipt - was never offered one on purchase), or dismantle it and take a photo to show if it was faulty…… I’m pretty sure the packaging on all the disposable vapes says not to do that.

Time and time again I come to this store when I don’t want to wait for something from the internet and the attitude these people show is APPALLING...Customer service and attitude like this might be acceptable in India but this is NEW ZEALAND. Seriously guys . I’m all for supporting local businesses but these guys make it impossible.....

Had a problem with the vape I purchased being damaged from a pod that leaked. Nothing was a hassle, staff member Tyler went above and beyond to get the problem fixed for me. Great communication and good prices. Hands down best vape store in Levin.

These Guys are super helpful, delightful and friendly. they have a great range of stock and their knowledge is always helpful. 10/10... i mean its my local so saying would use again seems obvious

Not the worst vape shop I’ve visited, decent enough selection of juice but no hardware at all. Vast majority of the back wall is more for smoking than vaping. Would have been two stars were it not for the price incredibly friendly bloke behind the counter. Better shops are out there but will do in a pinch!

Good place, they will help you every time you go there and convinient. Sad they dont work during covid so cant buy from them there. Ooof. Thats a sadface.

I bought this kit in Wellington from Vapo. Within 4 days, the tank started to leak around the seam where the glass attaches with the air flow section of the tank. I got it replaced with a new tank from Vapo Dunedin, but the same issue resurfaced, also after 4 days of using it. However, I did not get a replacement for this faulty second tank. Instead, Vapo dunedin told me that they will be in touch with me, which, I've not heard from them for 10 days by the time I'm writing this review. Very disappointing. I think I will stick to getting my products from Vaporium Dunedin. All these years, Vaporium has always honored the warranty period without questions asked. If I were to have bought this kit from Vaporium, it would have been a one-to-one exchange. I do understand that there are customers who would ruin their kit because of bad handling. But, as I have explained in detail to Vapo Dunedin that I am a careful user, they were not able to honor the warranty for this product. I'm giving one star because of their disappointing service. The kit itself is a good kit. But beware, you might face some leaking which isn't ideal.
