Just got told I was only an emergency patient and never on the books at clinic. Will never go here again. They were great with my severe anxiety and now having an attack because I have to search for someone I feel comfortable with. So disgusted.I was never told I wasn't on books until today. I should have been told on 1st appointment that I was not on books.

Dr Blake is by far the best dentist I've ever been to 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Quick, as painless as possible, so good at reassuring fears - her nurse/assistant was also extremely good :

Flash Dental have looked after me for a few years now, starting with my Fast Braces which had such amazing results! Throughout the braces treatment and other fillings/checkups the team have always been so lovely and professional, such amazing service and care! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place is usually so good. However this time I got a Chinese lady who I’ve never seen before and she was horrible. I had a swollen gum over my wisdom tooth as it didn’t have enough room to grow. While she was cleaning it she was poking it and it was really sore and I go no reassurance form the actual nurse doing it however the assistant or like the other person helping her was really nice whilst it happening. The Chinese lady also gave me 0 information about the tooth being infection and I was made to ask questions about what was happening she was telling me nothing and basically just leaving me with questions as if I was a mind reader. The assistant was really nice tho really glad to have her there. Will be requesting not to have this lady again. Worse dental experience I’ve had so far.

Absolutely wonderful and genuinely caring team that goes above and beyond! Excellent dental care - a huge thank you to Dr Ray for giving me my best smile with fastbraces and the team for keeping my teeth in check for the last 6 years. The trip to the dentist has never been so delightful and they always keep me coming back with their warm, honest and welcoming service.

Nancy and her team are so professional. Even if you're someone who hates going to the dentist, Nancy can have you smiling in a few minutes with her awesome chairside manner. She takes pride in her work and treats working on your teeth as if they were her own, so much care and attention put into everyone who sits in the chair.

Flash Dental are excellent dentists. Off street parking for customers. Clear and informed customer care. I have consistently received excellent service from this business. Dr Nancy and her team are professional and highly skilled. Smooth, pain free and effective treatment. I would easily recommend this business to family and friends. Cheers

Perfect! This guys literally saved me. I was in different dental clinics in Russia and Germany, but this one was the best experience in my life! Dr Raymond is the greatest dentist ever!

I go as far to say this is the best dental surgery in NZ (or maybe the world!). I experience high anxiety when seeing dentists and Ray and Rhiannon knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable, informed and cared for.Ray took the time to assess what needed to be treated and we made a five year plan together. Ray tackled the most urgent things first and then as I had the funds we completed the plan. Flash have been very empathetic about my limited funds and treated me with dignity and respect. Ray always explained what treatment I needed and patiently explained what my options were. I always understood what was happening. I am very more thankful for the whole team and I would always choose Flash.
