The Inspectors
Mike was most professional in his approach.He called me prior to the inspection to discuss any particular concerns that I had and then after the report was completed he spent considerable time discussing his findings.The report was comprehensive whilst zeroing in on key area such as weather tightness etc. The written report also contained a large number of photos to add clarity to his findings.Would definitely use Mike again.

I booked a pre-purchase inspection with check homes and with less then 24 hours they responded. The inspection was carried out by Sam in the Manawatu/ Palmerston North area. This is the second time we used Sam as our inspector, as I felt he was very thorough and professional with his work. Sam was an excellent communicator during and after the inspections, and spoke over areas that showed concerns and those that were cosmetic issues. I highly recommend and would use again! - Very happy customers!!!
