Fantastic service, very professional team. Found them very knowledgeable. Great communication, on time and for a messy job you wouldn't of known that they were on site as they left everything how they found it. We had an issue the fireplace a few weeks after the clean and the chimney clinic crew were onsite the next day sorting it. Thanks team.

I've been dealing with Krystal and Nick for a few years, can't fault their service at all; always efficient and well worth the money (and they're very reasonably priced!) and they know their stuff.Also they're both dog lovers so always pleased to see our three, and supportive of local dog rescue. Awesome people, can't recommend them enough!

Alan has been doing the annual inspection/sweep of our Kent Wood Fire in Petone for 15 consecutive years - since it was installed in 2005. He is punctual, efficient, gives great advice & is excellent value for money. Two years ago he sourced & replaced our 'aging' chimney door. Ask him any wood-related question & I guarantee he'll have a great tip. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the Sooteater, it is a good quality product and easy to use. I have a high flue and it reached the top easily and was able to accomodate bends. I have no need to pay for a Chimney sweep again, and it does a better job!
