Downtown Terminal
This terminal has recently (2022)been reorganised and refurbished. This has not really been successful as it is not user friendly. When entering the terminal after not being there for a few months it was found to be confusing with inadequate signage and way-finding. Also. Quite a lot of walking is needed to get to some berths without much help from signage.

Cancelled sailing due to mechanical issues leaving me stranded in Picton. No assistance offered, earliest spot they could offer was two weeks later. Cost me more than an extra $1000 to get home. Mechanical issues seem to be happening a lot with their vessels leaving more and more people stranded

Bayswater wharf
A great spot where you can go fishing, launch your boat at the boat ramp. It's also a great place to view Auckland City day and night. There is also the Bayswater Marina where you can Park and Ride a ferry to the city or if you'd prefer you can catch a bus to the marina and then a ferry to town. There is also some fabulous walking tracks in the area.So much you can do, so come and enjoy our little slice of heaven.

Bluebridge Cook Strait Ferry Wellington Terminal
After being extra early for my 2am ferry (because I taught they could squeeze me on an earlier ferry) I’ve waited over 16 hours for the ferry just to departure… no communication about any delay except the first 3 hour delay and not a good service what so ever.. when I called the 0800 they let me wait on hold for a full hour as well -.-

Nice and very helpful and friendly staff. They took us all though we came too later and all gates have been closed already!! Thank you interislander company for this treat, we appriciated it very much! Awesome view especially in the sounds- lots of dolphins around that day. Quietly atmosphere on the boat (sitting and food area) and super helpful interaction on the boat while our cruise. Warm meals available! Thank you for a awesome nice very warm hearted kiwi experience!

Birkenhead Ferry Terminal
Nice coffee here. Sometimes the ferries are on time and sometimes they aren't. Sunrise is nice time for photographs here

Half Moon Bay (Auckland)
Quite convenient ferry to get to Auckland directly without any stops. I believe I was also charged around $4 only (half price fare) which was a bargain. Views on the ferry are very good especially on the upper deck. But it can get windy and cold. If this is the case then there is an indoor area with seats as well. Ferry was on time and there was plenty of space.
