Outdoor furniture store

Good selections and great prices, always cheaper than Mitre 10 for similar items. However the service is non existent. During peak hours such as weekends, it is impossible to find anyone to assist you. We were there midday today, barely seen any staff around on Western side of the store. ... Must have gone to lunch. So if you are an expert, know what you need to get and no advice needed, Bunnings would be the right place for you. But if you are a first timer, Mitre 10 is the one to go as they have experienced staff to give you useful info. A trade off between service and price when it comes to Bunnings. But with DIY Home renovations/improvements, you don't really want to get it wrong. This is the same for Constellation Store I went to just yesterday. Not to mention only one staff assisted checkout counters and rest are self assisted.(sumilar to the warehouse/Countdown etc)

Terrible experience after 5 false eta's & no communication on Cuchi's behalf.. still no furniture to be seen and not one update with out us asking them for one!

Still expensive, so hasnt changed since being there bout 9months ago. Nice things tho.

Sales service was okay but as far as delivery, promised multiple times and never showed, final day they promised was xmas eve, still a no show, we contacted delivery dept. which was followed up with lies saying they had called multiple times to make the delivery but no call were received or even missed

We are delighted with our Devon outdoor furniture which met all our criteria and is good value for money. Our visitors enjoy the furniture and have been highly complementary about it. The chairs are light enough to easily move and they look good inside as well, which is a bonus.Tamara carefully listened to our requirements, was genuinely interested in helping, showed us the options, set it up in store so that we could experience it and measure the total dimensions.Tamara's delightful approach, excellent communication and commitment to keeping us informed was greatly appreciated.At the time of delivery there was an issue with one cushions. Furniture in this shop is very good of a high standard some nice pieces to fit any style of home living

Bunnings is usually advertising themselves offering lowest prices. If compared to Mitre10, I could say mostly they are cheaper. This one is located inside the Homebase shopping complex. Customer service was good.

Service at the Colombus is disgraceful today. You wait 1.5 hrs and then they tell you they have misplaced the order.
