I have a Bosch washing machine which is some years old now and making odd noises. I rang up Butler and Hewitt and spoke to a lady to arrange a visit for a repair. Not only was this lady very helpful but, it would appear, she was also very astute in diagnosing a possible cause. Whilst I realise that “common things occur commonly” I was still impressed at her knowledge and phone manner.Also a credit, was the fact that the engineer not only turned up at the time stated but was also very informative, efficient and pleasant. He also carried the required parts at hand. He too was a great ambassador for the company. I would not hesitate in recommending this company for any appliance repair. By the way – the appliance now works as new.

Charged $38 up front for just replacing a plug on a fan heater (which I thought was a bit steep, but good to repair rather than replace, right?), there was no suggestion it would cost any more than this; called to see if it had been done a few days on from when they said it would - it clearly hadn't, but they said it would be done that afternoon.Went to collect and they wanted to charge another $35 - told them I thought this was terrible service, and I could have just bought a new one - ended up just leaving it, and buying a brand new heater for $30.Bad communication, bad service.Very disappointing.

Service House did a very swift & efficient job of repairing my Kenwood multipro food processer. So much cheaper than replacing it.

I was upset with this service. I fixed my clipper at this place. But they made another trouble with a power button and totally worse. Actually It is not working right now and shaking too much even making some noise and just turned off by itself. I payed money to fix it tho. When I turned it on, I thought that is working again, but it was turned off slowly by itself. Because they did not put it together. It had just battery problem at the bottom of the machine before, quite worked well and never had a trouble with other parts. If they are expert they would not have made such mistakes. I wasted my money and my time at this place.
